Olivia was born in Cordele, GA, but was raised in North Carolina from an early age and has lived across the state, including the beautiful mountains of Boone, before ultimately falling in love with the Charlotte area. Before her time as a REALTOR®, Olivia studied the culinary arts and worked in high-end professional kitchens. Feeling a calling to serve her community, Olivia completed her formal real estate education and training in 2025 and joined Team Horton to help build her local community alongside her family.

From her time in the culinary industry, Olivia honed her ability to work under intense timelines, anticipate needs, and adapt to an ever-changing environment, and these abilities will serve her clients well in their search for a place to call home. When she is not working with a client, Olivia enjoys traveling and experiencing the world, learning about culture through cuisine. At home, she enjoys playing with her two cats, Mercy and Lulu, and playing relaxing video games. Olivia loves attending community events and is an avid Renaissance Festival enthusiast.
